"Even though these may look like small works, they actually open up a very big window to think and reflect," muses Jayasri Burman, as she takes AD India on a walkthrough of “Dhārā” at the Art Musings Gallery. Her first solo show in Mumbai after eight years, Dhārā is what Sangeeta Raghavan, the gallery director, describes as "a profoundly intimate body of work," especially when compared to the grand scale of her more recent retrospective “River of Faith” held in New Delhi and Kolkata.
