His art consciously subverts straight lines, smooth curvatures and clean slates. “I have always been fascinated by the collages I saw on bomber jackets,” says Khanna. “Even when my mother (popular designer Anamika Khanna) would design something, my eye would always go to the disparate embroideries.”
