Nalinakshya Talukdar (b. 1999, Assam) completed his Master’s in Visual Arts in 2023 from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat. Working primarily in woodcut printmaking, he explores textured surfaces to craft layered visual narratives.
Talukdar has undertaken artist residencies at Space Studio, Baroda (2024) and MAIR Mumbai ( 2024). Later, in 2025, he received the India Printmaker House Manorama Grant and Award.
Selected exhibitions include Vadehra Art Gallery (2025); Exhibit 320 (2025); Art Incept Exhibition (2024); Taiwan International Print Biennale (2024) and Bengaluru International Print Exchange (2023).
